Dallas and Oakland played one of the most boring football games in the last many years and neither team looked particularly stellar although the First Team Raider Offense moved the ball against the Dallas Defense and seemed to expose what has been the team’s Achilles Heel the last couple of years and that is the defensive line not being able to consistently stalemate the opponents offensive line. What I took away watching was that it potentially looked like the same old Dallas Cowboys. Too much dependence on Tony Romo, incohesive offensive line, too many stupid penalties and a defense that can’t seem to get off the field.
If it doesn’t change soon, it is going to be a long season (especially if they don’t find a third receiver!).
